Do I need to open an account with Strong Foundation Films?
Yes. In order to purchase or rent movies, you will need to have an account with Strong Foundation Films. Your information will be securely stored and retained
only for ordering and shipping purposes. Your account password is encrypted for security purposes. If you forget or lose your password, the system will create
a temporary one which will be e-mailed to you; be sure to change it as soon as you regain access to your account.
How can I rent a movie?
All our movies are hosted by Vimeo On Demand (VOD). All Vimeo on Demand (VOD) videos you purchased will appear in your Library and under the Watch Later tab of your feed. Simply log in to your account and then choose one of those options.
Click the play button to watch the video instantly within your feed, or click the video title to watch it on its own page. Click the icon in the lower right corner of the player to watch the video in full-screen.

What’s the difference between “renting†and “buying†Vimeo On Demand videos?
With Vimeo On Demand, you can make two kinds of purchases:
Rent: When you rent videos, you will be able to stream the videos anytime during the specified rental period.
Buy: When you buy videos, you will be able to stream the video for as long as it remains on Vimeo, and download it to your computer and devices, DRM-free.
Why is video playback so choppy?
If your video playback isn’t smooth, here are some things you can try:
Try letting the video buffer before you view it.
Close other browser tabs and windows. This can make a huge difference!
Make sure you have either the latest version of Flash running on your computer, or use a browser with native HTML5 support.
Switch to another browser to see if that helps.
What browser can I use with Vimeo?
We support Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you prefer, please use the most up-to-date version available to ensure that everything on the site works smoothly
Do I need a fast Internet connection for HD videos?
Most residential cable and DSL connections should be more than adequate. If HD feels slow to load, try turning off any background applications that could be using up bandwidth. Or push the play button in the player and then pause to let the video buffer before viewing.
